Extended Care/Certified Pre-Owned Coverage

If you have questions pertaining to your Extended Care service agreement or your certified pre-owned coverage, please contact our administrator, Prizm Solutions, at 1-800-445-4065. If you would like to inquire about these or other Family Advantage programs, please visit your local Beaver dealer.

Service Center Scheduling

To schedule a factory service appointment at one of the service centers below, please call (877)466-6226 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

All scheduling is done on a first come, first serve basis. To schedule an appointment, please have the following information available BEFORE placing a call to our service centers:

  • Name, address, and phone number
  • Coach VIN number
  • Dates you will be in our area (We'll do our best to accomodate, but note that our schedule is booked several months in advance)
  • A complete list of all things you would like repaired by us. (Scheduling of time is done by the number of repairs you have to be done. To avoid conflict and speed up calls, have this list prepared prior to your call.)
